Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent at any time, and name another person to act for you if you die or cannot act. Write to our grievance officer below; we answer within 90 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How to use your rights

• A copy of your data: parent app Settings > Privacy and data > Download my data; web account: Your privacy > Download my account data.
• Correct your data: parent app Privacy and data > Edit my details (name and address); for email or phone ask your school; web account: My account.
• Delete your data: parent app Privacy and data > Delete my account (you can cancel within 7 days); web account: Your privacy > Ask us to delete my account.
• Withdraw consent: parent app Privacy and data; web account: Your privacy. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before.
• Name a nominee: parent app Privacy and data > Nominee.
• Complain: use the grievance form; we answer within 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
